What is the difference between Qualified MBTI® Practitioner and Certified MBTI Practitioner? Both allow the practitioner to purchase and use the MBTI instrument. However, certified practitioners are held to higher standards and must meet additional requirements. These additional requirements protect and enhance the use of the instrument and protect the public. One must first become a qualified practitioner with at least one year of experience in the ethical use of the MBTI instrument before being eligible to apply to become a Certified Practitioner. A Master Certified practitioner is held to the highest standards and is one of the most experienced in the field.
